We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handily-tasker to join our team. As a Handily-tasker, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of buildings and facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, patching walls/ceilings/floors as needed
- Attend home inspection appointments, advising customers on potential areas for improvements in their homes, representing the Handily service
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings/facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Touch-up paint surfaces using brushes or rollers as required
- Repair or replace broken doors/windows/hardware
- Install fixtures such as shelves/cabinets/mirrors etc

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in a variety of home improvement tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in construction and repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Valid driver's license as a company vehicle will be provided
- Any relevant certifications or licenses are a plus

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
