**Date**:26 Jun 2024**Location**:South Guildford, WA, AU, 6055**Company**:Ventia**About the role**- This junior / entry level position will suit someone who has previous administration experience preferably in a maintenance services environment.This is a full-time permanent position based at **Palmer Barracks in South Guildford WA.**
- This position also requires you to obtain a **National Criminal History Check** and hold a valid **Australian driver’s licence.**

**About the role**
- Administration, and offering non-technical support to tradespersons
- Assisting with the ordering and hastening of repair parts
- Performing Work Order management and data entry tasks within the Commonwealth Mandated Information System
- Compiling material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies
- Preparing written work schedules based on established guidelines and priorities
- Assisting with the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
- General office administration duties

**Skills & experience**
- Friendly and collaborative demeanour
- Demonstrated experience in administration and a workshop environment
- Competent in the reading and interpretation of orders
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
