**Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a Workforce Strategist to join the Workforce Services**

**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity in SALHN to work as a Workforce Strategist in Workforce Services. A main part of this role is to assist in the implementation of SALHN workforce strategy to meet the workforce requirements now and for future infrastructure projects. The role will support the Principal Workforce Analyst to identify: the service demand; the workforce required to meet the service need; and the ways in which the workforce supply will be met. Providing support in the development and implementation of key recruitment, attraction, retention and deployment strategies to support critical skill shortage areas and strategic priority areas for the network.

**About you**:

- High level interpersonal skills which result in effective collaboration with and development of productive working relationships with peers, staff and stakeholders and the ability to interact confidently and employ astute perception and strong listening skills.
- Experience in leading contemporary workforce planning strategies and initiatives in a changing environment.
- Interpersonal skills together with proven abilities in liaising, consulting and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies across a range of professions
