Your leadership qualities will demonstrate high-level ability in managing multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams to achieve high individual and team performance. Your ability to lead change in a positive and enthusiastic way and model appropriate behaviour and response will assist your team adapt well to a changing environment. This will involve the capacity to identify, implement and monitor systems to promote performance management, ethical behaviour decisionmaking and professional development. It will include high-level commitment and ability to build and sustain effective working relationships, consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, and high-level objective and analytical problem solving, project management and research skills. Your strong administrative and financial management practices will assist you in understanding department process and procedure and maintain positive budget outcomes.
