We are seeking an enthusiastic safety and customer focused **Warehouse Manager** to join the team at the **Fortitude Valley** Furniture, Bedding and Electrical Warehouse.

Our Warehouse Managers have a good understanding of the day to day operations of a warehouse. This includes the development and coaching of a high performing team, maintenance of all WH&S policies, adherence to company procedures, receipt, storage & distribution of inventory, and liaising with key stakeholders and customers to ensure an efficient operation.

**To be successful you must**:

- Be a highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Enjoy the challenges of working with a team in a busy, high volume bulky goods warehouse.

**What we require**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment; furniture or electrical experience will be highly regarded
- The ability to effectively roster, coach and lead an enthusiastic team
- Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
- A strong commitment to WH&S policies and company procedures
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a growth mindset
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
