Non Ferrous Buyer

Labourpower Trade are seeking experienced Forklift Operators with a good understanding of Non-Ferrous Metals and Alloys for ongoing work in Welshpool

**Working in the Metal Recycling industry, your duties will include**
- Purchasing of high-value non ferrous material
- Working with team/supervisor to meet production targets
- Operating a Forklift to safely load non-ferrous metal materials into containers

**To be successful for this position, you will have**:

- Previous forklift experience, preferably in a similar environment
- A Strong understanding of Non-Ferrous metals & alloys
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Strong communication skills & the ability to work within a team
- Accuracy with inventory & recording stock movement
- Ability to maintain an organised storage area
- Ability to assist in regular stocktakes & reconciliations

**MUST HAVE**
- WA Drivers License
- Forklift License (LF)
- The ability to pass a drug & alcohol test
- Commitment to on-going rostered shifts

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
