As the Client Support Officer, you will provide administrative support for our Ambulance Tasmania and Department of Police, Fire and Emergency Management’s Health and Wellbeing Program, MyPulse. The program is aimed at empowering employees and volunteers to enact positive changes to their health and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Manager - Early Intervention, this part-time role provides a unique and rewarding opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the business and our customers, as well as playing a pivotal part in delivering meaningful initiatives to the community.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Administer the MyPulse content management system, including data maintenance and reporting, inbox monitoring, enquiries handling, invoice processing and appointment scheduling;
- Provide professional customer focused service, particularly in handling sensitive matters in a confidential, diplomatic and professional manner, across a board range of stakeholders, to all internal and external stakeholders;
- Undertake activities pertaining to contract administration, risk and action registers, meeting and audit administration;
- Book venues, organising catering, coordination of presenters (following up presentations, organising flow of day), organisation of resources, support preparation of presentations, and source supply of merchandise;
- Arrange strategic management meetings, including the preparation of the agenda and minutes
- Process invoices and expenses, including staff regional travel, catering, supplies etc.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an administrative support or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and PowerBI, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of organisation;
- A strategic mindset and approach to work;
- A strong sense of team and collaboration;
- Resilient and flexible, with the ability work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
