We are seeking a versatile employee who can fit our growing business. The role will see you primarily working in a fast-paced process work environment within manufacturing division to produce & package candles and home fragrance products. We are looking for a physically fit and energetic person who will work with our wonderful team.

Experience in process work, particularly in cosmetics, consumables, small-lot assembly & food highly desired.

Duties for this position will involve but are not limited to:

- Repetitive manual handling & process work
- Set-up, filling, labelling & packaging of products into saleable finished goods.
- Weighing, measuring, and mixing of raw ingredients
- Work quickly and accurately to successfully complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure high standards of Quality Control are adhered to.
- Lifting & handling cartons & goods up to 25kg.
- Cleaning of production lines and product storage facilities
- Inspection and sorting of products.
- High volume assembly of multiple components into finished goods & packaging
- Be personally accountable, highly organised, proactive, and decisive.
- Always follow OH&S procedures.

Monday to Friday role: 7.30am to 3.30pm Full-time. No weekend or evening work.

**Skills and experience**
- Must have high-level physical fitness, agility, and stamina to be able to undertake all manual handling duties.
- Sound numeracy & literacy levels & high attention to detail.
- Manual process work experience & willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated experience in manual picking & packing of orders in a high-paced environment.
- Heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Current Forklift Licence highly desirable.
- Prior experience in fast paced manufacturing, processing, or distribution warehouse
- Ability to work in a small team, be a team player and lead by example.
- Must be honest, reliable.
- Ability to efficiently & effectively perform manual handling, dexterity, frequent lifting of up to 25kg and working with fragrances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.37 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
