To further their mission, they are seeking a talented **Operations Manager** based at the West Footscray office to collaborate with their team and clients to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

**Job Role and Summary**

In this role, you will oversee a team of Support Workers and a House Manager who will report directly to you. Your exceptional leadership and communication skills, both professional and interpersonal, will be crucial to ensuring the team's success. Additionally, you will possess a deep sense of respect, empathy, and a passion for working with disabled clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage daily service provision in all areas of service delivery under your supervision
- Review and development of policies and procedures
- Monitoring, reviewing and managing of risk registers
- Ensure that service delivery remains person-centred, meets individual client needs, is cost-effective and outcome-based, and supports service expansion
- Manage and report incidents efficiently and effectively, including external reporting within required timelines
- Address feedback (complaints, suggestions, and compliments) swiftly by providing leadership to develop and implement sustainable and effective solutions. Seek periodic feedback from clients on service provision
- Manage rostering gaps adequately and fill-in if no replacements are found
- Be flexible, willing to travel to various sites, and collaborate with staff and clients
- Analysis of financial reports and operations management and coordination of funding
- As Operations is 24x7, you might be required to occasionally work outside of ordinary hours
- Be caring, compassionate and professional at all times

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally in Management, Health or medical field
- A comprehensive and working understanding of the NDIS, Practice Standards, Restrictive Practices relevant legislations, practice standards and funding
- 2 years of demonstrated experience with a NDIS Provider across various NDIS support categories
- Knowledge of Supported Independent Living, Short Term Accommodation, Medium Term Accommodation is required
- 1 to 2 years of managing direct reports - including staff performance, building positive team dynamics, process improvement and managing staff conflicts
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, stakeholder management, problem solving skills, conflict resolution and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, a positive role-model with a ‘can do' attitude
- Highly developed organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A valid driver’s license
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
