- Assistant Managers in Financial Audit are dynamic, adaptable leaders with the ability to motivate and coach others to achieve their work goals. As team leaders, they are responsible for the delivery of a work program which includes financial audits and business improvement initiatives.

**About you**:

- Effectively communicates, providing clear and accurate explanations and conveying technical concepts in an easily understandable manner to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Uses initiative and sound judgement when undertaking projects and responding to and/or escalating issues
- Processes technical concepts comfortably, using analytical skills and professional scepticism to reason through problems
- Demonstrates innovative thinking and actively embraces change
- Promotes a culture of inquiry by sharing learning and knowledge

- A sound working knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Science, Technology, Economics or Mathematics
- Holds a full professional membership with CPA Australia, CAANZ or the IPA
- Experience undertaking audits or complex investigations, inquiries, or reviews.
