Digital Finished Artist

**Permanent full-time opportunity based in Barangaroo, Sydney**:

**How will I help?**

As part of our newly established in-house agency (working closely with our creative design teams, producers, and other stakeholders) you’ll be taking advertising and content work from finished concept to finished art, digital ready and pre-press states.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- _Deliver quality assured, technically proficient digital ready (and pre-press) advertising, content and other marketing assets _
- _Delivering the best possible creative work, on time and on budget _
- _Adhere to and use studio systems and processes to ensure work is produced to the highest standards within agreed timeframes _
- _Amend advertising layouts and creative work, where needed, for adaptation or resizing _
- _Problem solve finished art issues _
- _Educate designers and other creative team members, where needed, on accessibility and technical creative issues _
- _Liaise with external partners, where needed, to resolve technical creative issues or explore production options.**What’s in it for me?**

**What do I need?**
- Significant technical expertise in taking approved concepts to finished art, digital ready and pre-press states
- A career history with strong knowledge of:

- Digital Design, print layout and pre-press
- Web standard, user experience, general design skills and typography
- Proofing devices and understanding of web and colour print management
- Strong capability with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly digital finished artwork and online asset creation
- Ability to collaborate as a team player with great attention to detail
- Skills in Adobe Animate and After Effects highly desirable. Knowledge of other animation software also desirable
- A degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication is preferred but not essential
