We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.
We have an opportunity available for an Assistant Manage**r/**2IC to join our team in Auburn. This role is ideal for a Senior Sales person looking to step into a leadership role.
This is a 35-hour-a-week permanent part-time role working from 10 am to 5:30 pm, with no late-night trade. This does include working weekends with the option to have one rostered weekend off a month
**About you**:
- Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully lead a team
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager/2ic position within a Retail Sales environment, assisting to increase sales performance
**About the role**:
- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Helping to lead a team
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
