We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, hands-on and motivated **Leading Hand** to join our parts logistics team based in **Greystanes**.

**About the Role**

**Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following**:

- Assist the Receiving Team Leader to coordinate and lead the team in all aspects of the business relating to the warehouse Receiving operation
- Ensure the timely processing of inbound airfreight, sea freight and credits to deliver Seamless, Responsive Solutions to customers.
- Assist in labour planning (headcount) in accordance to budget
- Assist in the maintenance of materials handling equipment
- Coaching and mentoring team members in line with their development plans

**About You**
- People Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Experience in 3PL environment will be highly regarded
- Automotive/Industrial industry experience (desired)
- SAP experience (preferred but not essential)
- A Logistics or Supply Chain tertiary qualification will be highly regarded
- Forklift licence (LO/LF) will be highly regarded
