Hello Harry, the popular burger restaurant in Toowoomba, is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. We are hiring for the following positions:
1. **Front of House Staff**:

- Casual positions available with knowledge in food and beverage.
- Ability to provide excellent service with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Previous experience in a relevant role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong cash handling skills.
- Current QLD RSA certificate is a must.
- Passion for delivering great food and exceptional customer experience.
- Exceptional personal presentation.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

2. **All-rounder**:

- Responsible for all food production in the restaurant.
- Monitor food quality and maintain professional standards.
- Ability to handle front of house tasks as well.
- Previous experience in a relevant role is required.
- Good cooking skills and understanding of produce and ingredients.
- Courteous and professional service at all times.
- Stock ordering and control.
- Kitchen maintenance skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in any role designated by the manager.

3. **Junior Staff / Kitchen Hand**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards using machine and manual cleaning methods.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, safe, and sanitary.
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong team player.
- Flexibility to work in any role designated by the manager.
