Maspro Engineering Pty Ltd is looking for Metal Fitter & Fabricator to join their team based in Wetherill Park, Sydney NSW.

**Purpose**

Based in our Sydney operation (Wetherill Park) and reporting to the ProductionManager, the key objective of the position of Metal Fabricator is to fabricate andassemble steel products.

**Responsibilities and Objectives**

The following are key activities and the main list of duties that are required to perform the position of Metal Fabricator:

- Fabricates and assembles steel products (bissalloy, 350 mild steel), interpreting technical drawings to produce products to specifications. Assemblies from 2kg to200kg.
- Welding activities with MIG to AS1554 standard (minimum SP1).
- Arc welding and automation.
- Assembly of some products and ongoing miscellaneous maintenance at the operations site.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Tradesperson qualification(Boilermaker, Fabricator, Welder).

Position : Full time

Salary : $35 - $37 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wetherill Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
