**The Firm**
This leading WA law firm that specialises in property, commercial and wills & estates are now expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a full time Legal Assistant to join their growing team just north of the Perth CBD.

**The Position**
As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting one lawyer in commercial property. The role will be busy and varied, and will see you undertaking but not limited to the following duties:

- Conducting searches for files, including via Landgate, PPSR and ASIC
preparing and lodging documents for lodgement with Landgate, PPSR, SAT and WAPC
- File opening, closing and billing
- Drafting and amending documents, like leases
- Diary and time management and preparing correspondence
- General administration work

To be considered for this opportunity, it is critical that you possess the following skills and experience:

- Experience working in property is essential, preferably commercial
- Ability to use Landgate confidently is essential
- High end drafting skills relating to commercial property is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast pace and busy role
