People2people is an Australasian recruitment agency that has been established for close to 17 years and is one of New Zealand and Australia’s fastest-growing recruitment firms. Across our nine offices, we recruit within various areas including business support, customer service, sales, legal, property, accounting, and finance.

In Melbourne, we have been operating for over 7 years and have in that time developed a strong market share over several industries including legal, business support, customer service, sales and finance. We are based in Melbourne’s CBD located conveniently opposite Flinders Street station.

**THE ROLE**
Due to growth, our permanent support team is seeking a driven and outgoing Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join them. This will initially be a support position assisting the senior consultants where you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant where you will thrive in a busy and fast-paced desk. Duties as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include (but are not limited to):

- Preparing and editing resumes;
- Conducting reference checks.
