Mayfield West, Australia Hanbury Street Family Practice Full time

Hanbury Family Practice is looking for a friendly reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. Previous experience would be preferable but not necessary.

Responsibilities involved but are not limited to are:
Providing our patients with the highest quality customer service

Answering incoming calls

Scheduling appointments

Patient enquires.

Billing and receipting

Data entry

liaising with GPs and other health professionals

Ideally our successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
Strong computer skills

Previous receptionist experience

A passion for outstanding customer and patient services

Empathetic and enthusiastic personality

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Fantastic work ethic with high attention to detail

Professional manner and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn.

Medical software experience preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
