Provide high level administration support and assistance to the Commencing Practice

team, including coordinating information, collating presentations and documentation,

and preparing communications and reports as requested
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system in consultation with Central Records

to ensure all information is centrally recorded in HPRM, stored confidentially and

readily accessible
- Act as the initial point of contact for Commencing Practice by answering calls,

answering routine enquiries and processing messages for follow-up/action/referral
- Assist the Commencing Practice Lead and others as directed, with administrative and

secretarial support, including;
- Prepare and organise, where required, functions, venue, catering, travel and

accommodation arrangements and itineraries
- Provide general administrative support to the department including mail

collection and distribution, general filing, mail-outs and word processing activities

- Assist with the preparation of draft correspondence and documents (e.g. business

cases, memos, reports, presentations) and written responses to correspondence
- Provide efficient and accurate responses to internal customer enquires
- Manage stock requirements of stationery, equipment, brochures and program

materials, including receipt and fulfilment of requests, and processing payments
- Process routine paperwork including invoices, purchase orders and monthly budget

report documentation
- With direction from the Commencing Practice Lead, create and produce documents
- Undertake research and project work in consultation with the Commencing Practice

Lead, when required
- Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time
- Proven experience in using computerised financial and management information systems, word processing and spread
- Previous experience with an Oracle database and enterprise level learning management system (desirable)
- Required to possess a current Victorian Driver Licence
- Willingness to travel throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

**Salary**: $45.02 - $46.00 per hour
