Insulation Installers needed:
Job Location: Epping (jobs are located all over melbourne, but the day starts and ends in epping)

**POSITION 1**:Underfloor and Ceiling Insulation Installer (Straightforward work, rock up and get the job done and get paid for the day even if you finish sooner. Need to be comfortable working in confined spaces, on your back, knees etc) - _Come try it out for a day_

**POSITION 2**: Blow-In Insulation Operator (Ceiling Blow-In Insulation, Straightforward work, fast-paced and rewarded for quality work and delivery. Satisfying and Rewarding)

**POSITION 3**:Blow-In Insulation Operator: (Complex work, need to have a basic understanding of building and construction. The work is consitant and paced. Perfect for those who are looking for a long term career and find themselves a bit of a handyman. Need to also have a bit of care and passion of doing things properly. Also need to be comfortable working on roofs. - Interview process and training required prior to doing this. _An initial period of time will involve doing work in position 1 and 2 to understand the whole process. _

**START DATE: 22nd July (earlier start date can be negotiated)**

The work:

- Majority of the work will be the Install of Polyester Insulation in Underfloor Spaces

Other work may include:

- Removal of Old Insulation
- Vacuuming of Ceilings using Industrial Heavy Duty HEPA Vacs
- Maintenance of machines
- Install of Knauf Earthwool Ceiling Insulation
- Use of Machinary to Install New Insulation in Cavities

Pay: Probation Period of a minimum 3 months at $30ph, increased to $35. We have a KPI bonus system which we will incorporate

PPE will be provided for you at every job.

You must have:

- White Card
- Basic Work Uniform : boots, pants, shirt (a uniform will be provided post 2 week cool off period)

We are looking for full time workers (4-5 days a week).

The day starts at 7 at warehouse (Epping 3076) and generally runs to 3/4pm

No experience required, though is preffered Work in tight spaces is a given

Our expectations is that quality and customer service is #1. We pay above award rates for this line of work but expect hard workers and quality workmanship in return. Being on time, and communication is also a given for this
