**About the Role**
- Do you want to join a great team_? We are looking to fill a role at
**Fletcher Insulation Salisbury (SA)** as a
**Warehouse/Fabrication Operator**. You are going to be responsible for a wide range of warehouse & DC activities including shipping, loading/unloading, machine operating, handling raw materials, administration, and general DC duties. This is a permanent ongoing position and you will have access to all training and development to support your career

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and challenge themselves. We take safety seriously, so we are looking for someone who already has a passion for working in a safe manner and is happy to follow all EHS guidelines. This is a physical role where you are on your feet most of the day however, you get to work with a great team, skilled and motivating leaders, and be part of a high-performance group

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous background working in a DC or Warehouse
- Understanding of sorting orders and any discrepancies
- Hands-on experience in Machine Operation within a manufacturing plant
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft 360
- Strong in Inventory, stock accuracy, and reporting
- Passion for EHS and people
- You are a clear and concise communicator
- Enjoy being a proactive member of a team
- Knowledge of SAP & Microsoft 360
- Excellent communicator and strong work ethic
- This role requires Forklift Operation - License Required
- Attention to detail and good housekeeping ability
