- Extensive experience in managing commercial and contractual requirement of complex infrastructure projects, ideally coupled with a degree in quantity surveying, commercial or legal disciplines.
- Experience in contract management within a commercial construction environment; and in leading contract management resources to ensure delivery of a capital program of works for a large infrastructure company.
- Previous experience with the implementation and participation in collaborative commercial partnership models.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills and a natural ability to develop key relationships.
- A passion to drive change and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
