**We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Foreman for a Commercial and Residential construction company based.**

- Salary guide **$90k - $120k + super** - based on experience.
- Permanent, full-time position
- Office located in Liverpool region.

**About you and what you'll do**:

- Work closely with the Project Manager and management teams.
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads and tasks.
- Manage trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep clients regularly informed on the progress on site.
- Resolve any problems and disputes in a prompt and professional manner.
- Manage the work health and safety on site.
- You will need 2+ years' experience as a foreman on custom residential projects.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
- Practical onsite skills in carpentry, concreting etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
