As a Warehouse All-Rounder at Decor, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main tasks will be to operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, retrieve high-reach stock, and ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. It will also involve accurately picking and packing orders to ensure the efficient dispatch and delivery of goods. This role is pivotal in maintaining the satisfaction of our customers through timely and accurate processing of orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts, including high-reach forklifts, to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Retrieve and store high-reach stock, ensuring accurate placement and inventory control
- Assist with the unloading containers, receiving and inspection of incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality
- Accurately pick and pack daily orders then dispatching
- Handle inventory with care and attention to detail
- Operate WMS systems and handle warehouse equipment e.g. Waverunners
- Conduct stock checks and report any discrepancies
- Pallet wrapping and pallet control
- Preparation of connotes and manifests
- General warehouse housekeeping and adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a warehouse setting is essential
- Forklift licence with ability to use a highlift reach is essential
- Strong attention to detail for picking and packing items
- Able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Able to work alone and within a team environement as well as under pressure
