We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent, **Maintenance Supervisor **to join our team at our Production Facility in Derrimut.

**Key responsibilities and activities of this role will include but are not limited to**:

- Driving compliance to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements of the facility and leading a safe work culture.
- Leading a team of mechanical and electrical tradesman and coordinating the efficient and effective execution of reactive, corrective and preventative maintenance work.
- Central and primary contact for daily reactive, corrective and preventative maintenance requirements allocated to trades during working hours.
- Supporting shift Maintenance leads with technical advice or escalation requirements during non-working hours.
- Undertaking hands-on technical support when trades are unavailable to assist with maintenance tasks or fault-finding activities.
- Coordinating maintenance contractors by organizing site attendance, contractor inductions, supervision of activities and completing relevant documentation requirements on typical production or non-production days.
- Undertaking Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA) events, produce reports and ensure the completion of associated corrective actions, reliability improvements and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
- Maintaining and approving trade leave rosters along with providing an adequate leave coverage program for medium to long term leave requests.
- Keeping members of the Reliability team fully informed on operations, activities, developments and changes which may impact on their work.
- Planning maintenance work activities, including work packages, ordering spare parts, tools, materials, equipment, labour, services, contractors and hired equipment.
- Previous experience in FMCG and Beverage/Food Manufacturing industry.
- Trade qualifications (mechanical, fitting preferred).
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualifications.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- CMMS experience in SAP, MEX or other.
- Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Result oriented with respect for deadlines.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure and cross-functionally.
- High level of trade workmanship quality.
