Joinery or construction experience only

Key Responsibilities:
As the successful applicant for this role, you will be responsible for;
- Overseeing factory staff with day-to-day operations
- Making sure employees are following industry health and safety guidelines
- Providing guidance, motivation and support to employees
- Creating policies that increase efficiency
- Being hands-on and pitching in with work when busy as needed
- Providing training and development to cabinet makers
- Recruiting and training new factory workers
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets

Skills & experience
- A minimum of 5 + years as a Factory Manager
- You must have industry experience in joinery
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ensure all joinery is clean and tidy once ready for delivery
- Keep factory clean
- Ensure regular maintenance of tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Pay: $60,782.88 - $137,000.78 per year

- Day shift
