**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

Capitol Health is an ASX listed healthcare organisation that is currently undergoing significant growth and transformation as it delivers its new corporate strategy. A national network of community-based diagnostic imaging clinics including the brands: Capital Radiology, Radiology Tasmania, Imaging Olympic Park, Fowler Simmons Radiology, and Direct Radiology.

***THE ROLE**:

- Reports directly to the General Manager of IT.
- Manage escalated tickets from the Level 1 Support Service team that require advanced troubleshooting/assistance or further training and liaise with vendors to resolve issues, log issues requiring further investigation and obtain updates where needed.
- Travel to Capitol Health clinics, as needed, to facilitate end user RIS training, particularly for new radiologists.
- Assist with any project related tasks as directed by management.
- On occasion, work outside of standard business hours to support critical RIS issues that may arise.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will be a self-starter with and a proven ability to work independently and use initiative. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator who can influence without authority to ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged and adhere to company deadlines.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Five (5) years’ experience in a RIS Owner / Manager / SME role supporting either large private radiology or hospital environments.
- Demonstrates decision making and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a high performing team environment.
- Professional stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Australian Medicare billing experience would be highly desirable.
