**Multi-Franchise Workshop Supervisor - Automotive Dealership**

This position requires you to oversee the workshop including engaging with apprentices and technicians to ensure that efficiency and productivity targets are achieved in line with company and manufacturers KPI’s.

Ensure a **high standard of quality repair and service work in maintained.** You will be responsible for the growth of the workshop's technical skill, by sharing your industry knowledge and experience along with maintaining an up-to-date manufacturers training schedule for all staff.

This is high-volume fast paced service centre with a focus on customer satisfaction. **“Fix it right the first time” is the mantra that we strive for.**

With constant growth in this award-winning dealership there is now the opportunity for a **Workshop Supervisor **to join one of our Service Departments.

**Position Description**
- Assist with the workshop continuity of repairs and servicing workload.
- Support the team to reach and achieve workshop budgets and targets.
- Monitor and follow-up Fix it Right processes for complete customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and guide apprentices through the Manufactures Training Program.
- Cultivate clear and open communication between Technicians and Service Advisors
- Assist with repair explanation when required with customers.
- Maintain a productive working environment within the Service Workshop
- Monitor, record and identify the cause of vehicle carryover and reworks.

You will oversee,

12 Techs and apprentices putting through 45-55 R/O’s per day.

Hours of work - 8.00am to 4.30pm with an hour standard lunch break.

Mon - Friday working week.

**To be considered for this role you must have the following**:

- Current clean drivers’ licence.
- Strong commitment towards safe work practices.
- Good written and verbal communications skills and able to use them appropriately at a variety of levels.
- Able to work within tight repair time schedules.
- **Franchised** **Dealership** Foreman Experience or Senior Technician would be highly regarded.
- Cert III or higher qualification and as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Developed mechanical knowledge of Automotive Industry
