**Quality and Training Lead - Telecommunications**:

- Date: 15 Nov 2023- Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU, 3000- Company: Ventia**The Role**

Ventia is seeking an experienced **Quality & Training Lead** to join its Network Operations and Services team to undertake the auditing, training and on-boarding needs of a number of **NBN** contracts in relation to internal staff and subcontractors.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Undertaking quality assurance audits of in progress and completed work
- Provide coaching and training where required to site personnel on contractual product quality requirements
- Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders of product quality, product conformance trends and effectiveness of remedial action
- Perform Verification of Competencies and Practical Assessments on internal staff and subcontractors, where required
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Quality Auditing team reporting to your role
- Work with the Compliance Team to collate the training requirements for the group and in conjunction with Project Managers devise training regimes where required

**About you**
- You will have experience in the telecommunications industry
- You must possess strong technical abilities in Copper and Fibre space and be able to deliver training through various effective methods
- Experience in maintaining our information systems and ensure accurate records are kept
- Strong communications skills Demonstrated work experience on the NBN network highly desirable**What We Offer You**
