**The Role**

We are looking for a full-time, intermediate Legal Assistant to join our Sydney office to work across our Corporate and Insolvency teams, initially supporting two Partners and their practices.

The role will be varied including the following key responsibilities:

- Supporting the Partners in managing their practice;
- Document drafting, amendment and management;
- Proactive diary management and meeting coordination;
- Management of monthly client reporting and billing;
- Coordination of travel arrangement; and
- Working with the other Legal Assistants within the team and broader Sydney office.

- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team; and
