**What is Mounties Health and Fitness?**

Located in Mount Pritchard, our large facility consisting of 1000m2 training floor, including a huge weight section, cardio equipment selection and 4 group fitness studios. The centre also has a dedicated aquatic department including a 25m recreational pool and dedicated learn to swim pool.

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Fitness Centre Manager** to join our fun and dedicated fitness team on a **full-time basis**. As the Centre Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations and engage with staff to deliver service excellence within the fitness arena.

We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can mentor our staff to perform in a competitive sales environment. In addition, you will be responsible for the implementation of new innovative ideas including the coordination of a sales system that will assist in lead generation, sales conversion and track our success.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven ability to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Excellent budgeting and financial forecasting
- Coordinate multiple departments within the centre providing strategy and support
- Recruit and manage personal trainers, contractors, and group fitness instructors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Build a fun, safe and engaging environment/culture for our members and staff
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, which may include day, nights & weekends, public holidays

**Fitness Manager Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years’ working in the health and fitness industry with management experience
- Certificate 3 & 4 in fitness
- Current First Aid certificate
- Insurance
- Working with children check
