Monday - Friday (no weekends)
- End to end PM position

**Our Chandler & Co team are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant, professional Belgrave based office.**

We have been extremely fortunate to have had a great PM over the last few years however, she is moving later this year with her family to live a country lifestyle. This gives ability for a smooth transition time and easy handover. You certainly won’t be ‘thrown in the deep end’ on your first day

Working alongside another experienced PM, you would share and oversee a portfolio of approx. 250 properties covering all aspects of Property Management including leasing, maintenance, arrears, inspections and client customer service.

Chandler & Co is a well-known, family run, independent agency. We are local market leaders in both sales and rentals whilst managing a clean, well maintained rent roll. Both Directors work within the business and are hands on with the day to day procedures. They truly care about their team and are there to support and guide whenever needed.

To be part of our friendly, dedicated team, it would be an advantage to have the following:

- Broad experience in Property Management
- Knowledge of Property Tree or similar
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Great time management
- Attention to detail, well presented and enthusiastic attitude
- A willingness to be part of a team and not a solo player

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
