**Description**:
About the role
The Rostering Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of rostering employees within the aged care services. The role will be forecasting rosters in advance, working with employees for availability and then monitoring rosters on a daily basis, ensuring all shifts are covered with the appropriate, trained employees to ensure our participants are getting the service required within their service agreements and also within the relevant employee award rules. CRCS is committed to employee and participant matching ensuring quality services are delivered at all times.
There will also be a key component to this role of working with management to be involved in the review and refinement of continuous process improvement and guidelines.
**You will be expected to**:
Proven experience in the establishment of master rosters and roster forecasting.
Advanced computer literacy.
Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask.
Proven can do, positive and willing attitude.
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others.

Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW) and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
