**About the role**

This is an integral role in the production of omnichannel commercial creative content. The studio manager is pivotal in keeping the creative universe spinning and helping our talented team of writers, editors, videographers and art directors create award-winning content for our brands and commercial partners.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Studio Manager is responsible for the department from an operational perspective. This includes managing and/or overseeing all studio systems and operations including cost management, workflow, resourcing (permanent & freelance staff) and internal / external recharge rates and mechanisms to ensure we deliver rapid response work on time and within budget across the Creative and Video teams.

This role calls for an organised, proactive person with great customer service and a passion for creative. The role offers plenty of scope for career advancement and opportunities to take on producer responsibilities and assisting with shoots as required.

**Duties**
- Responsible for the workflow and job scheduling across the team (Creative + Video)
- Weekly sales reporting and highlights
- Monthly team reporting
- Management of briefing process and job data capture
- Continual administration and analysis of team workflow to streamline team efficiency
- Assisting with quoting and production as required

**Skills and experience**
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Solutions-focused and confident in communicating across multiple departments within Are Media
- Administration and process-driven
- Creative, media or agency background
