**About the role**

As the Marketing Strategist at Guerrilla, you provide a vital link between paid media, content, and clients' overarching business and marketing strategies. Your role involves comprehending client priorities, defining campaign activities and content, and harmonising the two to drive enhanced outcomes and efficiencies. Moreover, this role leads campaign strategy development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate key elements, including audiences, channels, creative considerations, and budgets. You will actively participate in content strategy development, aligning business objectives and brand strategy with organic content across various client-owned channels. Your insights drive the integration of content within campaigns to maximise reach, awareness and engagement. As a strategic lead, you’ll work alongside the agency’s Directors to ensure that the strategies and advice provided to Guerrilla's clients align across marketing, brand and digital. In this role, you will also provide guidance to other agency departments, particularly the Client Service team.
