My client is a high-performing global Investment Bank with a great reputation, excellent leadership and a high-profile client list. Due to growth, the team is looking to hire an Investment Banking Associate to help them execute on a strong pipeline of deals.

You will have experience in M&A, either from a boutique advisory firm, bulge bracket or big4 M&A advisory team.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:

- Project management of transactions including direct liaison with vendors, bidders and other deal stakeholders;
- Local and cross border deals with blue-chip clients, private companies and private equity firms;
- A wide range of transactions including acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings;
- Reviewing key deal documents and providing input into legal agreements;
- Reviewing valuation materials and financial models;
- Negotiations of key transaction terms;
- Business development;
- Develop and nurture analysts;
- 2.5-5 years of M&A experience, from either a top-tier boutique or bulge bracket firm;
- Experience working on large, listed transactions;
- Bachelor of Business, Commerce, Law or similar. A CFA, CA or similar is a bonus;
- Advanced financial modelling skills;
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
- A passion for business and finance;
- Strong commercial acumen and work ethic;
