**The Opportunity**

Join a dynamic team where you can use your knowledge in designing and building innovative quality aligned teaching, learning and assessment resources for undertaking learning and assessment uplift/design that support the team.

**About You**

You have a passion for working in Education supporting learner outcomes by designing and developing quality teaching, learning and assessment resources. You have an understanding of vocational education and training, technology trends, design approach and regulatory requirements.

You?have attention to detail?to ensure you maintain the highest quality of service delivery and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both your internal and external stakeholders.

Your exceptional organisational abilities enable you to effectively manage competing deadlines, handle a significant workload, and meet the needs of our customers, who frequently present diverse priorities and business requirements.

**To be considered for this role, you are required to have**:

- Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment including the following units of competency:

- ?TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools and
- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills or its successor.
- Or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated record of success in?design and development of teaching?learning and assessment resources in the vocational education and training sector
- Ability to address and meet the focus capabilities as outlined in the position description.
