About the job

Are you good with numbers and want to move into a planning or demand forecasting role?

Our Sales Group is redefining the way we influence and lead consumer demand to deliver new means of competitive advantage and value generation.

We are seeking a full time Demand Analyst. In this role, you will step up and be supported to use and further develop your planning & analytical skills to:

- Daily organising of the salmon order (pack) plan, matching up customer sales order profile with planned harvest profile
- Daily communication with multiple internal key stakeholders - sales & planning team s to ensure current demand is met, marine team to understand changes to salmon size profile, customer service team to adjust & move orders
- Be reliable with numbers & data to be able to play around with order size vs. available harvest profile
- Support the demand planning manager with key analysis of demand vs. historical sales
- Contribute to the Demand Review and IBP process

This role will need to prioritise the Salmon Pack daily, this will involve working with the sales, farming & customer service teams to best align & match orders with harvest profile of fish that come out of the water, and working on a rolling 4-day horizon to provide the best forward visibility to the business. This planning is crucial i n ensuring our product is ready for customer s as needed.

- A strong planning & analytical mindset with demonstrated track record of success with this in your career to date
- To be a strong & effective communicator and have the ability to collaborate & influence when required
- H ave a continuous improvement mindset & have the ability to look at a process with the view of improving it
- U nderstand numbers and have analytical skills that consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources/databases
- A re level headed and focused in a constantly changing environment, & can manage through a fast moving & changing environment
- You are resilient, confident, and committed to our vision and strategy
