Intro Recruitment Solutions is working with a undoubtedly one of QLD's largest civil contractors who specialise in residential & industrial urban development projects. Our client have secured long term projects across South East Queensland.

We are looking to appoint an
**WHSE Advisor**
***on a permanent basis who will be responsible for implementing the Company's Health, Safety, & Environmental compliance obligations.

**Position**
Your duties include;
- Conducting site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with WHSE policies and procedures
- Support and facilitate incident investigation processes
- Liaising with regulatory agencies.
- Supporting the implementation of the project's safety strategy and associated actions / programs.
- Identify hazards and incidents, ensuring they are reported on, investigated and closed out in accordance with the IMS requirements.
- Support management and site team members on effective risk controls and all risk assessment processes.

**Your Qualifications & Experience**
You will need the following;
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Previous background in Civil Construction highly regarded
- Experience demonstrated capacity to assist with third party auditing
- Knowledge of Government training polices and Indigenous Procurement
- Construction White Card
