This isn't a job with a ladder to climb. There's no (let's be real, 'next to no') politics, complicated work relationships, struggle for promotion. This is an Aussie consulting firm, growing due to the sound work they produce with a lot of repeat clients and some new.

The job would suit someone with mechanical drafting experience from another Melbourne based **Building Services consulting firm**, who wants somewhat of a simple life, who enjoys coming to the office and who wants a clear pathway into a more senior role in the future.

**What you'll take away**
- Salary of between $75k package and $100k package, to meet your experience level.
- On the Job training in AutoCAD and design as needed

**Your skills**:

- You won't get far without an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and..
- 3 or more years' local **consulting** experience. It needs to be local - advancement training will be provided but there's no time for re-learning codes and standards, sadly.
- **More experience is welcomed,** as would be someone with an engineering degree who may want to further train.

**'Nice to haves.. '**
- You'll do well here if you come with a Can Do attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in, to try, to communicate when you need support.
- Projects sometimes go like clockwork and at other times, they go pear-shaped. You'll need some flexibility to work and then re-work a job as needed.

The office is based in Kew. Office days are 4-5 per week, with 1 from home depending on your need for training.

There is public transport on the doorstep and free, all-day car-parking less than 100m away.
