My client is a well respected Professional Services firm located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. They are seeking a self-assured and articulate Office Administrator with at least 2 years' experience in a Professional Services environment, such as Accounting or Legal.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in professional administration and client liaison. You'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the financial industry while working for a prestigious, globally recognised company.

**Core duties include**:

- Corporate compliance such as downloading and sending out Company Statements, preparation and lodgement of official forms.
- Collation of Tax Returns and Statements, along with various other correspondence to clients.
- Preparation of client invoices and other documents associated with month-end.
- Support to Leaders and staff in a variety of divisions.
- Contribute to the efficient management of the Administration Team.
- Set up the meeting rooms for clients and looking after stationery, food and water supplies.

**Skills and experience;**
- At least 2+ years' experience in a similar Office Administration role preferred.
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving capability, coupled with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to plan and organise tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Confident in using various technologies including the Microsoft suite of products.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
