**The Position**

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be part of a large and inclusive team where you will be trained and responsible for:

- Distributing invoices, banking, receipting, processing of payments
- Assist with the set up of new accounts
- Perform credit checks on new account applicants for approval
- Investigating and processing customer claims and returns
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Processing and setting up one-time and recurring credit card payments
- Processing data into Salesforce
- General filing, Scanning documents, data entry, faxing, and photocopying
- Managing group Accounts Receivable Inbox
- Creating and managing manual invoices, credit notes
- Processing Customer refunds
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- No qualification required however reliability is
- Willingness to learn and wanting a career in accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excel or system knowledge
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
