**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, this position works closely with other members of the Communications, Fundraising and Marketing team as well as the partnerships and sponsorship team. The primary purpose of this position is to initiate, plan, develop and write marketing content for THRF Group and its charities for engagement and activation purposes.

We are an inspired bunch of people and like a lot of our roles, this role will be required to occasionally undertake activation and events activities on weekends. Time off in Lieu is offered.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Planning, creating and coordinating content via THRF Group social media channels based on audiences and objectives outlined in our Social Media Strategy document
- Manage and grow our social media community to enhance relationships with our current audiences through two-way online conversations.
- Support content development and creative for THRF Group collateral including brochures, newsletters, letters and invitations
- Regularly reporting of digital data and insights to optimise engagement and activations
- Updating and maintaining THRF Group and all affiliate websites (ten).

**About you**

To be successful in the role you will ideally have;
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound knowledge of Word Press
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, PR or Communications;
- And/or two years minimum experience in writing content for marketing or fundraising purposes.
- Experience in using digital platforms and writing for social media.
- Ability to work autonomously, co-ordinate and prioritise work under pressure and organise time effectively in order to meet deadlines
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn, improve and contribute.
- The ability to positively contribute to team harmony
- Ability to work within directed parameters
- An interest in the fundraising or health sector.
