**About the role**

The Managing Consultant - Identity and Access Management is a key member of IDAM people leadership team. The primary responsibility of the Managing Consultant is to build and lead a high performing identity and access management consulting team that delivers market leading solutions to our customers and executes on the latest technology trends. The role will include planning, managing and reporting on team resourcing, and delivering project outcomes for our customers.

The Managing Consultant has the experience and technical capability to deliver and lead teams of hands-on consultants to develop complex identity and access management implementations, configure and implement solutions using industry best practices, open standards and APIs, provide code development expertise for custom designed software solution and create required solution design and training documentation.

**Duties**
- Contribute to development of identity and access management frameworks across your specialisation.
- Deliver project outcomes and be the technical and consulting escalation point for project needs.
- Plan and manage team resourcing, ensuring utilisation is aligned to targets.
- Deliver consulting services in identity and access management, secure development and SecDevOps, business orchestration, and integrations, as relating to your specialisation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Single Sign On solutions to meet customer needs using market leading products with industry standards.

**Skills & experience**
- At least 7 years’ experience working in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in identity and access management.
- 3 years of successful people leadership experience (coaching, mentoring etc)
- Preferred: experience with market leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell or Microsoft
- A strong interest in security technology, knowledge of emerging industry practices and development best practices
- Expertise and specialised skills in your particular area of specialisation
