**About the Role**
Silk Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for supporting the payroll and administrative tasks, responding to staff inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legislation, taxation, and superannuation requirements.
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and resolve payroll issues in a timely manner.
- Calculate leave and termination payments.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, taxation, and superannuation requirements.
- Assist with processing pay run and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare payroll reports as required.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and other teams as needed.

**About You**
As a data entry expert, you will pride yourself as a reputation for speed, focus, accuracy, versatility & grace under pressure.
- 1-2 years of experience data entry and payroll administration
- Proven understanding of the Australian payroll standards.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle challenges.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work well as a team to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Sound knowledge of Outlook, intermediate Microsoft Excel, and data entry skills.
