Your Community Health provides a comprehensive range of medical, dental and allied health services and support programs to anyone, through a combination of outreach, client-based and centre-based activities. Our purpose is to enable health, wellbeing and dignity for all people in northern Melbourne by providing responsive and accessible services. We provide priority access to those most at risk of health inequalities and those that may face barriers to accessing traditional health services.

**About the role**

Your Community Health is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relationships Lead to join the Your Smile Lab by Your Community Health Team; on a part time ongoing basis.

Reporting to Oral Health Manager and supported by a dedicated and fun multidisciplinary team, the Customer Relationships Lead is responsible for leading the promotion, engagement, and maintenance of strong stakeholder relationships with current and prospective customers of Your Smile Lab and associated Your Community Health services.

**_ This exciting and dynamic role will see you work along-side a highly engaged and motivated Oral Health Team providing:_**
- Digital Dental Laboratory Services (Your Smile Lab)
- Public dental services (15 chairs, 3 sites)
- Smile Squad (4 vans, visiting 86 school campuses annually)
- Private Dental Services
- Outreach services

**_ To succeed in this role you will have:_**
- Minimum 2 years dental industry experience
- University degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, account management, customer service or related field.
- Advanced understanding of the needs of a dental practice and practitioners.
- An understanding of industry trends and ability to use data and analytics to adapt approaches and product offerings; and meet KPIs.
- Experience in leading strategies or actively supporting initiatives that increase customer engagement, service satisfaction and that drive growth.
- An understanding of the nuance of public/private dentistry, primary health care and community health sectors as they relate to oral health service provision and laboratory work order requirements.
- Digital proficiency including in the use of Microsoft Office suite programs and associated hardware. Includes desire and ability to learn suite of various SAS/CRM software and operating programs as relevant to the role.
- Possession of a current Drivers Licence.
