Balwyn Legal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- preparation and review of legal documentation related to property transactions.
- conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- managing client relationships and providing advice on property law matters.
- negotiating and resolving disputes related to property transactions.
- liaising with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies and banks.
- ensuring efficient and accurate management of transactions from start to finish.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of Victorian property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
