We're looking for an experienced coffee professional with a love of leading and collaborating to join our Brunswick cafe team.
- leadership position within our Brunswick flagship cafe managing the coffee program and progression of baristas within coffee making team.
- opportunity to work with the Venue Manager to develop systems, processes and training within cafe.

About the role:
You're onboard for 38 hours across a 5 day working week, requiring regular weekend availability. You're engaged with specialty coffee, leading teams and care about great service and the environmental impact. You're experienced in high-volume coffee, facilitating quality coffee experiences & you understand the role baristas play in good hospitality.

Your key objectives are to maintain and grow operational effenciency within the espresso bar, keep the bus wheels spinning and keep the coffee tasting great
- Leading a team of skilled baristas and managing their progression and training.
- maintaining coffee quality on a day to day level in the venue.
- maintaining espresso bar facilities and ordering schedules
- drive the coffee communication and education with team and customer base
- Care about driving and contributing to positive work culture.
