**Skills and Experience**:

- You're either a certified heavy diesel mechanic or you have an extensive background and experience with repairing and maintaining machinery
- Agricultural experience is valuable but not mandatory
- Passionate about customer service, and you combine that with a great work ethic
- You efficiently complete tasks
- You’re a good team player who can also work independently
- You have a valid driver’s licence
