**About the Opportunity**

In this role, you will actively participate in activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our clients, providing compassionate support and fostering a positive experience.

Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will assist in implementing and delivering tailored therapy programs under the supervision of an Allied Health Professional, ensuring that each client receives the care they need to thrive.

A key part of this position involves maintaining precise and thorough documentation, enabling continuity of care and progress tracking. You will be expected to communicate professionally and confidently, building strong collaborative relationships with internal team members, external peers, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate a seamless and supportive environment.

**Essential Criteria**
- Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent qualification
- First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
- Drivers License
